Some extra tips:
- The apps are recommended when you are using a mobile or tablet device, but overall functionality and settings are best on a laptop or desktop (especially for assessments).
- You will find Canvas is much more mobile-friendly than Sakai and it takes advantage of native hardware, like cameras and microphones.
- Some app settings can be modified (ex. notifications) via the settings on the actual device (ex. iPhone, Samsung, etc.)
- LaTeX or MathJax doesn't transfer as well to the app, desktop or laptop functionality is better.
